How it Works
Submit A Request
Begin your placement experience by completing our family intake form. Once the form is submitted, the full non-refundable placement fee is due to initiate your personalized caregiver search and begin the matching process.
New Family Intake
We will then reach out to schedule a phone interview with you so we can get to know you a little better and to understand your childcare needs.
Placement Process
We will begin the process of seeking qualified sitters or nannies that meet your families needs. We will then send you qualified candidates for interviewing (nanny placement) or will pair you with the perfect babysitter.
Pricing
Our placement fee is a one-time investment in a personalized nanny search and includes candidate sourcing, professional background checks, comprehensive vetting, and full placement support.

The non-refundable fee is due upfront so we can begin your search promptly. The 10% annual income portion is a one-time fee and includes continued placement support throughout your nanny’s first two months of employment.
Our goal is to create lasting placements with exceptional caregivers who align with your family’s needs, values, and lifestyle.

Note: To support this goal, we focus on nanny positions that offer a consistent, sustainable schedule. As a result, we are unable to accommodate positions with split shifts (such as morning hours followed by after-school hours), short morning- or afternoon-only schedules, positions that offer fewer than 20 hours per week, one-day-per-week positions, or non-full-time summer care positions.

$2,500 + 10% of the nanny's annual salary
