A Columbia College Chicago alumna, she began her career supporting families through top platforms and is now the founder & owner of Motor City Sitters, a Detroit-based agency that connects families with professional caregivers.
Francesca has supported high-profile households with everything from travel logistics to event planning. She’s a strong advocate for fair treatment and legal pay for nannies, working to elevate caregiving as a respected career. Francesca is valued for her calm under pressure, exceptional time management, and commitment to community, fostering a trusted network where families and caregivers thrive.

Placement Coordinator
With over 15 years of childcare experience across Central Arkansas and Chicago, Maryann brings a rare blend of professional insight and personal empathy to every family she serves. As a former full-time nanny and mother, she deeply understands the needs of both families and caregivers. Maryann is passionate about advocating for nannies’ rights to legal and fair wages, adherence to industry standards, and recognition as professionals in their field.
She has spent years working to elevate the standards of in-home childcare and build respect for the career of nannying. With a degree in Technical Writing, Maryann combines strong communication skills with a sharp eye for detail—ensuring every placement is not only a great fit but backed by clear expectations and professional standards. She is dedicated to creating lasting, respectful, and supportive matches between families and caregivers.
